Emergency Advice For Cleaning Stains And Spills

Accidents can and do happen, so here are our top tips to help reduce and hopefully
remove unwanted spills or stains.

· Do not over wet backing materials

· Scrape up or blot up any excess prior to treatment

· Never rub or scrub

· Do not use washing-up liquid, washing powders, household bleach or disinfectants

· Always work from the outside of the stain inward to avoid spreading

· Always apply carpet cleaning fluid to a cloth or sponge and not directly to the carpet

· Deal with stains as quickly as possible for increased chances of removal
