As with any type of flooring, a hard floor will last longer and perform better when it is regularly cleaned and maintained. We can safely remove years of built up grime and old floor coatings and reseal them with a finish of your choice. In addition to making sure your floor is hygienically clean, we can give your floor that new look again.
We use either a penetrating seal, that soaks into the tiles and helps to repel stains but will not change the look of your floor, or we can use a topical stain with a matt or gloss finish.
